Kristi and Michelle are here in Bogota! Our driver Jorge took us to our tiny little 8th floor Airbnb in the International District (near the National Museum of Colombia) - perfectly situated to see some of the sites. I'll post photos...stay tuned!
Some of our FUN plans this week - any and all of the following:
Monserratte - cable car or funicular, the church/sanctuary and village on the summit, shopping at local artist/vendors
El Candelaria/Old Town: Bolivar plaza, Cathedral, cobble streets/shops, learning/sharing the history/culture of Bogota
Graffiti mural art - THIS was a highlight of my time in Bogota in 2018!
Museums and Usaquen flea market
Septima (pedestrian) street to La Perseverancia Food Market (featured on Netflix)
Salt Cathedral of Zipaquira
AND of course, presenting at our LASA conference!

Tomorrow (Sunday), we are headed to the Salt Cathedral in Zipaquira!
