We started early today, at 7:30, which was a great idea - hardly any line at Monserrate even with the holiday today. The cable/gondola didn't open until 10 a.m. so we did the unthinkable... we rode on the absolutely bonkers vertical furnicular to the Monserrate sanctuary.

After meeting up with Jorge, Michelle and I checked out La Candelaria - the graffiti district first...
